Billing Policy
Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. We do not accept purchase orders, checks, or invoices to be paid at a later date.

When You are Billed

For monthly plans, our definition of a "month" is 30 days of service. You will be billed on the day that you sign up for services and every 30 days following. Keep in mind this could cause your payment to be processed on different days of the month, depending on the number of days in the current billing month. For yearly plans, you will be billed on the day that you signup for services and every year thereafter on that day.

Upgrading and Downgrading

You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. When upgrading, you will be billed immediately the full amount of the plan you are upgrading to so that you can take advantage of the additional features right away. We do not provide refunds for partial or unused months when upgrading or downgrading an account.

Refunds

If you are due a refund for any reason, refunds are processed within 4-7 business days.

Failure to Pay

If you do not pay your bill on the day it is due, we reserve the right to disable your account until your bill is paid.

Cancellation of Service

If you cancel your account, all information contained therein will be immediately deleted and cannot be recovered. Canceling the service means that you will not be billed at your next billing date. There are no refunds for partial or unused months.

Termination

If your account is terminated for a violation of the Terms of Service, you will not receive a refund.
